If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to others who may need it. Here’s a summary of our cancellation policy, effective as of March 2023:
- If you miss an appointment without providing 24 hours notice, a no-show fee will be applied.
- If you miss or reschedule your appointment more than once without 24 hours’ notice, the fee will be higher.
- A third missed appointment may result in us needing to discontinue services.
- For first-time appointments, no rescheduling will be available if missed.
- Any applicable fees will be billed directly to you and are due at your next visit; insurance will not cover these fees.
- We send reminders via text, email, or phone, but if you don’t receive a reminder, our policy still applies.
- If you miss an appointment, it is your responsibility to reschedule within the same week to avoid additional fees.
We understand that unexpected events occur. If you miss an appointment due to an emergency, please contact our office manager to discuss the possibility of waiving the no-show fee.
