To streamline the process, we ask that all clients keep a credit card on file. This allows us to confirm your commitment to scheduled sessions. If you need to make any changes or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email. Failure to do so may result in a fee for missed or late-canceled appointments, which will be charged to the card on file. However, you’re welcome to reschedule your session at your convenience.

If three consecutive appointments are missed, we will assist in referring you to another provider. In the case of missing the initial Biopsychosocial assessment, a rescheduling fee will apply, or we can help you find an alternative practice that fits your needs.
